Supported Paper & Paper Capacity
Your printer has two built-in trays (tray 1 and the MP tray). Refer to the list below to check the supported paper and capacities of each tray.
For high-quality printing it is necessary to use paper that satisfies conditions regarding quality, thickness, paper finish, etc. If printing on paper not recommended by Crio, thoroughly test the print quality and paper traveling performance, etc., and check that there are no impediments before use. If using a (paper) medium that is curled or wrinkled before printing, print quality and paper traveling performance cannot be assured.
Paper Capacity
Tray 1
Up to 300 sheets (when paper weight is 80 g/m2)
MP Tray
Up to 100 sheets of transfer media (when paper weight is 80 g/m2)
• Light (64 to 82 g/m²) • Medium Light (83 to 90 g/m²) • Medium (91 to 105 g/m²) • Heavy (106 to 128 g/m²) • Ultra Heavy1 (129 to 188 g/m²) • Ultra Heavy2 (189 to 220 g/m²)

If the printer is set to acquire its IP address automatically, the computer will no longer connect to it if the IP address changes when the power is turned on. Configuring this setting in such cases allows the automatically changed IP address to be discovered and set again.
